«Zhoghavorud»: Hovik Abrahamyan's Brother's Company Sues the State Revenue Committee

«Zhoghavorud» newspaper reports that the company owned by Johnik Abrahamyan, brother of former Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, has found itself in court.

According to the newspaper, one of the largest fish farming companies in Armenia, «Mkhtchyan Fish» LLC, filed a lawsuit against the State Revenue Committee (SRC) at the Administrative Court on July 25, demanding the court annul the SRC's decision made on May 23.

It has been revealed that the tax authorities conducted inspections there and imposed fines, which the company owned by the former prime minister's brother contests in court.
