Head of Staff Dies During EKC Meeting

During an extraordinary expanded council meeting of the Shirak region's Volunteer Corps, Hambardzum Asatryan, the head of the EKC staff, suddenly passed away. Diana Davtyan, the head of the EKC's public relations department, informed NEWS.am about this incident.

According to her, before the meeting began, Hambardzum Asatryan felt well, but about 15 minutes after it started, his condition sharply deteriorated, leading to his death from a heart attack.

Hambardzum Asatryan was born in 1958 and had participated in the Artsakh heroic war, making significant contributions to the defense of the homeland.
