Liquid from a Bottle Splash on Café Interns in Yerevan, One Hospitalized
Investigations are underway at the Central Police Department following a report received on July 28 from the Malayan Eye Medical Center. According to SHAMSHYAN.com, around 8:00 PM, the medical center alerted the police, informing them that a citizen had been brought in with a diagnosis of "burns to the left eyeball." An operational group from the Central Police Department, led by an investigator from the investigative division, was dispatched to the hospital.
It was found that the injured person is 27-year-old Sona M. from the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan. Police have determined that liquid was splashed on Sona's face by 25-year-old Andranik G. from the Kotayk region at the Atlantic café. The incident occurred around 7:00 PM the same day, during a celebration in connection with the Vardavar holiday, when Andranik splashed the liquid on Sona, who was working as an intern at the café, and on 43-year-old Kristine S., a resident of the Erebuni administrative district in Yerevan.
