The Detached Elevator is Not in a Residential Building, It's in a Cafe Building: Hakob Karapetyan

The press secretary of Yerevan Mayor Hakob Karapetyan wrote on his Facebook page: "The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that at 18:30 today, the '911' emergency service received a call regarding an elevator detachment in one of the buildings on Azatamartikner Street in Yerevan, with casualties reported. I would like to inform that the ELEVATOR IS NOT IN A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING; it is located in a cafe building and was used for technical purposes—to transport construction materials and other supplies."
