Local Resident Dismantles Neighbor's Windows and Burns Them
The criminal investigators of Sevan apprehended a 47-year-old man residing on Gortsaranayin Street on July 22 at 13:20, acting on operational information regarding a theft.
He confessed to breaking and stealing a window frame from an apartment in a building on the same street back in January, which he then transported to his residence and set on fire.
Materials are being prepared for further proceedings.
