Video: Ijevan Residents Block the Path of Vanetsyan and Osipyan

After a consultation at the Tavush Regional Administration, residents of Ijevan blocked the road from Ijevan to Yerevan in protest, attempting to prevent Director of the National Security Service Arthur Vanetsyan and Police Chief Valeri Osipyan from passing.
