16 Deputies of Regulatory Bodies Will Not Have Official Vehicles

The government set the number of official vehicles for the regulatory bodies overseeing Health and Labor, Environment and Natural Resources, Education, Market Surveillance, Food Safety, as well as Construction, Technical and Fire Safety at its regular session today.

According to the draft decision, one vehicle will be allocated to regulatory bodies for the service of official persons, while the remaining vehicles can only serve duties arising from the functions of the regulatory bodies. As a result, 16 deputies of the heads of regulatory bodies will not have service vehicles.

The draft also establishes the maximum number of vehicles used by each regulatory body to carry out their supervisory and other authority in a more efficient and timely manner. A needs assessment was carried out when determining the number of vehicles, taking into account the actual number of vehicles managed by the regulatory bodies and the minimum number necessary for the effective operation of these bodies (inspections, proceedings, notification, and other preventive work), considering the simultaneous actions carried out in various locations by the main professional and territorial subdivisions of these bodies.
