VIDEO: What are the waste collection vehicles in the capital doing?

Hraparak.am reports: “One of our readers has sent us an interesting video in which it is clearly visible how the waste collection vehicle belonging to the Yerevan Municipality’s ‘Yerevan Waste Collection and Sanitary Cleaning’ community establishment stops near a dumpster, then leaves without collecting any trash. These are the KAMAZ trucks that the Yerevan municipality purchased at high prices from Russia, brought to Armenia with great fanfare, and announced that ‘Sanitek’ was failing to perform its duties, so now they would be handling the trash collection themselves. However, no changes have occurred in Yerevan’s waste management. In fact, these vehicles are mere props, and the municipality’s establishment is not fulfilling its responsibilities.”
