Opel Found on Roof of Nearby House

The Emergency Situations Ministry's "911" service received a call today reporting a traffic accident on Sero Khanzadyan Street in Yerevan, where a vehicle had overturned, resulting in injuries that required assistance. This information has been communicated to NEWS.am by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A firefighting crew consisting of one operational unit and a rescue team from the special rescue operations center were dispatched to the scene.

It has been established that an Opel Astra G vehicle, driven by S.E., veered off the traffic area of Sero Khanzadyan Street and landed on the roof of a house on Armenakyan Street.

Rescuers approached the ambulance to assist a passenger, K.H. (born in 1997), who was transported to the St. Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center. The doctors assessed the injured party's health condition as stable.

The rescuers disabled the vehicle's power supply, shut off the gas cylinder valve, and, with the help of an elevated crane, moved the vehicle to a safe area.
