Emergency Incident in Lori Province: Nissan Crashes into a Cow, Authorities Investigate Owner's Identity
An emergency incident occurred in Lori Province yesterday. Around 6:00 PM, a 47-year-old resident of Stepanavan, Arthur M., driving a Nissan vehicle with license plate 18 SO 644, collided with a large livestock on the Stepanavan-Vanadzor highway, at the 11 km mark.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the collision, a passenger in the vehicle, 41-year-old Nona B. from Stepanavan, was hospitalized with injuries at the Stepanavan medical center.
Officers from the first platoon of the second squad of the Traffic Police, led by platoon commander Garik Martirosyan, arrived at the scene. A correspondent from SHAMSHYAN.com reports that Stepanavan police are trying to determine the owner of the cow, referred to as 'Zazo'.
