Kapan's Number One Primary School is in a Terrible Condition, Minister Says

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Arayik Harutyunyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“Today, I visited Kapan’s number one primary school, which is in quite a terrible condition. Together with Mayor Gevorg Pairsian, we discussed the issues related to this school, as well as the possibility of building a light athletics school in part of the school territory. Kapan has a great tradition in this sport, and the existence of a specialized school is necessary.”
