In the United States, a resident organized a birthday party for a "three-month-old pothole" in their street, attempting to draw the attention of city officials. According to CNN, the incident occurred in Kansas City.

Frank marked the birthday event with a piece of cake. "I didn't sing for it. I thought about singing, but since it was a bit hot, I decided that the cake was more than enough," Serino told CNN.
