Aliyev's Son Discharged from Military Service

The son of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Heydar Aliyev, has been discharged from the State Security Service military unit, according to reports from AzerTag agency.

The head of the State Security Service, Ali Naghiyev, awarded commendations to the discharged soldiers, including the son of the President of Azerbaijan. The ceremony was attended by Azerbaijan's First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva.

It is noteworthy that the younger Aliyev was conscripted on September 16, 2018.
