Is There a Boycott of the Armenian Pan-Armenian Games?

The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports: "The Iranian delegation will also not participate in the Pan-Armenian Games. The reason is that the opening ceremony of the Games will take place in Artsakh, and the Iranian authorities do not want to spoil relations with Azerbaijan. At this point, it is known that the Armenian delegations from Georgia and Turkey have also refused to participate. Representatives of the Armenian communities in those countries are asking the Armenian authorities to take measures so that they can also be represented at the Pan-Armenian Games."
