Car Accident: Injured Man Dies in Hospital
On June 26, at 20:00, the '911' service received a call reporting a traffic accident on the Chambarack-Sevan highway, near a bridge, with one person injured and requiring the assistance of rescuers.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a firefighting and rescue team was dispatched to the scene. It was revealed that a 'VAZ-2106' vehicle (driven by L.M., born in 1948) had left the roadway at the 16th kilometer of the Chambarack-Draxtik road and collided with a roadside metal pole.
Rescuers disconnected the electricity from the vehicle, closed the gas cylinder valve, extricated the injured person from the car, and brought him to an ambulance. The injured individual was transported to Chambarack Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
