Today, following the announcement of the court's decision regarding Robert Kocharian at the Court of Appeal, prosecutor Petros Petrosyan stated that the court's ruling must be implemented immediately, which means that Robert Kocharian should be arrested from the moment the ruling is announced.

“The decision takes effect from the moment of its announcement and must be executed immediately,” the prosecutor said.

It is noteworthy that today, the Court of Appeal, presided over by Judge Arman Danielyan, granted the motions of the prosecuting prosecutors, as well as the victims and legal successors of the victims in the case of Robert Kocharian and others.
