Georgia Proposes Free Transportation for Russian Tourists from Yerevan, Baku, and Trabzon
The head of the Georgian Restaurants and Hotels Association, Shalva Alaverdashvili, shared details of an initiative on First Channel, proposing free bus transfers for Russian tourists from the airports of Baku, Yerevan, and Trabzon following Moscow's decision to cancel air connections with Tbilisi.
"The main theme of the document is as follows: it is proposed to launch free buses for Russian tourists from the airports of Baku, Yerevan, and Trabzon," he elaborated. According to him, the initiative has been presented to the country’s Ministry of Economy. It is noted that the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will also join the discussions.
