Russian Journalists Attacked in Tbilisi

In Tbilisi, 'nationalists' attacked a crew from the 'Rossiya-24' television channel, as reported by the РИА Новости news agency. The assailants attempted to strike the channel's correspondent and operator while they were conducting an interview with the owner of one of the tour operators.

The source adds that the attackers shouted nationalist slogans. Attempts to calm the situation were made by the husband of the tour operator's owner, who is Ukrainian, while her husband is Georgian.
