Video: The homeowners' association does not perform its most important functions in the center of Yerevan, says Zohrabyan

During the discussion on legislative issues regarding waste collection, Prosperous Armenia Party MP Naira Zohrabyan addressed the problems of homeowners' associations. She mentioned that she lives in the "absolute center" of Yerevan, on Abovyan Street, and used her situation to illustrate the issue.

According to Zohrabyan, she makes all the payments to the homeowners' association at the beginning of each year, yet the association still fails to carry out its most essential functions.

“In the absolute center of the city, the homeowners' association does not fulfill any of its most important functions,” said Zohrabyan.
