Closed Voting for Supreme Judicial Council Member Begins in National Assembly

The closed voting for the selection of a member of the Supreme Judicial Council has commenced in the foyer adjacent to the National Assembly's session hall.

The head of the counting commission of the National Assembly, Vahagn Hovakimyan, informed that the voting for the Supreme Judicial Council member will take place from 17:10 to 18:10.

The 'My Step' faction has nominated Grigor Hovhannes Bekmezian as a candidate for the Supreme Judicial Council member.

It is also noted that the National Assembly approved a decision to hold an extraordinary session from 18:00 to 20:00.
