4 Thousand Drams for a Day of Agricultural Work: New Program

Due to the Prime Minister's speech in the National Assembly and the participation in discussions, today's government session has started three hours later than usual.

The Cabinet initially discussed and approved the "2019 Program for Supporting Agricultural Enterprises through Seasonal Employment Promotion." The government will allocate approximately 640 million drams for this program this year. About 2,400 land users will be involved in it. The daily wage for the work will be 4 thousand drams.

It should be noted that this program will engage individuals who own or rent up to 3 hectares of land and are registered as job seekers at the territorial employment centers.
