The Location of the Customs Office in Gyumri Has Been Decided, Says Pashinyan
The Armenian government has already discussed the issues regarding the strategy of the State Revenue Committee (SRC), and the location of the customs office in Gyumri has been decided. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this while responding to MP Mane Tandilyan's question in the National Assembly.
The inquiry was related to Pashinyan's directive, according to which the Noragavit customs office is to be relocated to Gyumri. The Prime Minister mentioned that there will not only be a customs office in Gyumri but also a larger infrastructure, which they are calling the Center for External Economic Activity.
According to Pashinyan, another center will be constructed in Sisian. He noted that significant investments are required, and that substantial construction is currently underway.
