Date of Birth: January 27, 1991, Yerevan.
Work Experience:
- 2012-2013: Leading specialist at the Shengavit Tax Inspectorate of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
- 2013-2014: Investigator at the Investigation Department of the State Revenue Committee (currently the Department for Detection of Offenses and Administrative Proceedings).
- 2014-2015: Senior lawyer at Virtualex Law Office.
- May 2015 - May 21, 2018: Lawyer, senior lawyer, partner at the “Concern-Diалог” Law Office. Specialization in tax law, economic crimes, competition.
- May 24, 2018 - June 19, 2019: Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia.
- Appointed Minister of Justice by the decree of the President of Armenia on June 19, 2019.
Education:
- 2011: Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University.
- 2013: Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia’s Educational-Scientific International Center.
- 2015: Completed the Armenian School of Advocacy and obtained a license for legal practice.
