Zeynalyan's Appointed Official Claims No Connection

The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports that the head of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia is Artyom Mkhoian, who was appointed to this position on June 11, 2018, by Minister Artak Zeynalyan.

After Zeynalyan's resignation, Mkhoian is seeking ways to retain his position. He claims everywhere that he has no connection with Zeynalyan and cites his absence from the farewell evening as proof.
