National Assembly Welcomes New Deputy

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, introduced the new deputy of the "My Step" ruling alliance, Arthur Hovhannisyan, before the start of the parliamentary session on June 18, as reported by NEWS.am's parliamentary correspondent.

Hovhannisyan replaces Narine Tukhikyan, who has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, Youth and Sports. The new parliament member approached the podium amid thunderous applause from the deputies of the "My Step" alliance and took the oath of office.
