In Getamej, a Man Shot His Own Foot Instead of a Rat

On June 13, at 21:30, the police department of Nairi received a report from a hospital stating that a 30-year-old resident of Getamej had sought medical assistance for an "injury to the left foot." He informed them that he accidentally shot his foot with a hunting rifle in his backyard. This was reported by the police.

An operational group from the Nor Hajn division found that on the same day, around 18:40, the man attempted to shoot a rat near a canal next to his house with a hunting rifle registered in his name. However, during the reloading process, he accidentally shot his left foot's toes. An investigation has been launched.
