Father Engages in Sexual Relations with 13-Year-Old Daughter in Syunik

The Investigation Committee of the Republic of Armenia has revealed the circumstances surrounding a case of sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl. An accusation has been filed against the girl's father.

This information was provided by the information and public relations department of the Investigation Committee.

Investigators have gathered factual data indicating that on May 1, 2019, at around 7 PM, the father, born in 1972, engaged in sexual relations with his underage daughter inside his vehicle.

Based on the evidence obtained during the pre-trial proceedings, the man, born in 1972, has been charged under Article 141, Part 3, clauses 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. He has been remanded in custody as a measure of constraint.

The pre-investigation has been completed, and the criminal case has been sent to court with an accusatory conclusion.
