New Position for Levan Mnatsakanyan

Levan Mnatsakanyan will be replaced by his deputy Vladik Khachatryan in the Emergency Situations Rescue Service of Artsakh, sources from Aysor.am report from Artsakh.

Khachatryan has held various positions in different levels of the state administration, ranging from the head of the administrative district to the deputy commander of the Defense Army, holding the rank of Major General.

As previously reported, Levan Mnatsakanyan is set to be appointed as the Chief of Police of Artsakh. It is noteworthy that he was formerly the commander of the Artsakh Defense Army.
