Video: Man Killed as Elevator Falls on High-Rise Building in the USA

In Texas, USA, one person has been killed and at least six others injured after a tower crane collapsed onto a multi-story residential building. According to reports from AP, the crane fell due to strong winds while it was being used for construction work. The incident occurred on top of a five-story building located in the city center.
