16-Year-Old Drowns in Khachen River

On June 10 at 13:49, the Martakert Regional Emergency Situations Department received information about a drowning incident in the Khachen River in the Nor Maragha community of the region. Hrant Arakelyan, a resident of Martakert city born in 2003, drowned while swimming.

The firefighters and rescuers of the Martakert Fire and Rescue Service, who rushed to the scene after the alert, found Hrant Arakelyan's body during the search operations and transported it to the Martakert Regional Medical Center. The details of the incident are being clarified.
