16-Year-Old Boy Drowns in Martakert River

On June 10, at 13:49, the Martakert regional Emergency Situations Department received information that a resident of Martakert, Hrant Arakelyan, born in 2003, had drowned while swimming in the Khachen River in the Nork Maragha community of the region.
