Citizen Alert: Shots Fired at House Window

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, on June 1st, a report was received by the police department of Yerevan from 62-year-old Anahit Hamzyan, a resident of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, stating that around 9:30 PM, shots were fired at her home window.

As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, it has been clarified that what occurred was not gunfire but an unknown object that broke the outer glass of the double-pane window of the living room of the indicated apartment.

Fortunately, there were no injuries. The Kanaker-Zeytun police department is preparing materials regarding the incident. According to G. Shamshyan, A. Hamzyan works as a chief specialist at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
