Contract Soldier Involved in Fatal Accident, Body Found Outside Vehicle
On June 1, a tragic car accident occurred in the Syunik region. According to Shamshyan.com, around 01:00 AM, 46-year-old Vardges Khachatryan, a resident of Goris, lost control of his Gaz 3110 vehicle with license plate 34 TF 042 on the Yerevan-Meghri motorway, causing it to veer off the road into a ravine on the left side.
As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, Khachatryan died at the scene. His body was discovered outside the vehicle by rescuers from the Goris firefighting and rescue squad of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
