Why Did the Metro Operations Disrupt?

The operations of the Yerevan Metro have faced a disruption around 40-50 minutes ago, as reported to Shantnews.am by the metro's press secretary, Tatev Khachatryan.

"The disruption occurred at the Gortsaranayin station. There was a train issue, causing a delay of 12 minutes. So far, no citizens have complained. The train's lights have been turned off, and it is currently heading to the depot for technical inspection," she stated.

Tatev Khachatryan also added that the disruption happened while the train was traveling not in the tunnel, but on an open section.

Later, the press service of the Yerevan Metro will release a statement with details about the incident.
