BMW Crashes into Trees in Kotayk Region, Victim Found in Field

A serious and tragic car accident occurred in the Kotayk region on May 28.

According to Shamshyan.com, around 8:30 PM, the driver of a BMW with license plate 81 CZ 001 lost control while traveling towards Yerevan on the 24th kilometer of the Yerevan-Sevan highway. The vehicle veered off the road, crashed into thick trunked trees, one of which broke and fell, leading the car into a field near an area with iron umbrellas.

The driver's body was discovered outside the vehicle by the emergency services' firefighters from Abovyan.

Police and investigators have identified the deceased as 26-year-old A. Gharybiyan, a resident of the Gegharkunik region.
