Remarkable Details from Judge Hovhannes Ghazaryan's Declaration: Received $170,000 Donation in 2015
Another set of remarkable data regarding a judge has been released by the Facebook page "Other People's Money and Our Money."
Judge Hovhannes Ghazaryan of the Shirak Regional Court lives with 71-year-old Noem Hovsepyan (most likely his mother).
This retired woman has reportedly provided a loan of 21,000,000 AMD in 2016, according to the declaration. In the same declaration, it is noted that she also runs a business and had an income of $6,000 in 2016.
The business registered under Noem Hovsepyan's name is not just an ordinary grocery store or hair salon, but a law firm - "LexArt" LLC.
The Facebook page suggests that law enforcement agencies check:
- Whether there has ever been a criminal case in which Judge Hovhannes Ghazaryan presided that was defended by any lawyer from the "LexArt" law firm,
- Whether the actual owner of the company is Noem Hovsepyan.
It is noteworthy that Noem Hovsepyan is a former judge.
Additionally, Judge Hovhannes Ghazaryan received a donation of $170,000 in 2015.
