Nazeni Garibyan Elected as Chair of the Opera and Ballet Theater Management Council

The head of the management council of the "A. Spendiarian National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet" has been elected as Nazeni Garibyan, who is currently fulfilling the duties of the Minister of Culture of Armenia. This information was reported by the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Culture of Armenia.

"In accordance with subparagraph 'g' of paragraph 43 of the charter of the non-profit state organization 'A. Spendiarian National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet', on May 22 of this year, a regular meeting of the collegial management body of the non-profit state organization took place with the agenda of electing the chair and secretary of the theater management council.

As a result of the voting, Nazeni Garibyan, who is fulfilling the duties of the Minister of Culture of Armenia, was elected as the chair of the management council, and ballet artist Sergey Safaryan was elected as the council’s secretary," the statement said.
