Kocharian Offered New Position

The "Sistema" investment financial corporation has once again proposed to include Armenia's second president Robert Kocharian as an independent director in its Board of Directors.

The composition of the Board of Directors is set to be approved on June 29 during the annual general meeting of shareholders.

The issue of candidacies for the Board of Directors has been previously discussed and approved by the committee on appointments, compensations, and corporate governance.

It should also be noted that Robert Kocharian has been a member of the Board of Directors of "Sistema" since 2009.
