VIDEO: Flood in Yerevan's Mushavan Neighborhood
An emergency situation has developed in Yerevan today. According to Shamshyan.com, around 6:30 AM, several citizens reported that the water level of a river flowing through Second Street in the Mushavan neighborhood of the Erebuni administrative district had risen and flooded several yards and homes.
As reported by journalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, emergency response teams from the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived promptly, including officials from the crisis management department of Yerevan's rescue service. An operational group from the national crisis management center of the ministry also arrived.
