Strike in Vanadzor: Minibus Drivers Protest Gas Prices
A protest has once again commenced in the Lori region. According to Shamshyan.com, from early morning, minibus drivers in Vanadzor have parked their vehicles at Hayk Square in the city as a sign of protest and are refusing to go to work.
The drivers stated, "We can’t take it anymore; the price of gas needs to be lowered. The increase in gas prices results in over 2000 drams of difference for a single refueling. For several days now, we have been borrowing money from our family members to continue serving the residents."
