Nine Boxers from Armenia to Participate in European Games

The Boxing Federation of Armenia reports that nine boxers from Armenia will take part in the European Games.

It is noteworthy that the European Games will be held in the capital of Belarus, Minsk, from June 21 to 30.

The head coach of the national team, Rudik Mkrtchyan, has included the following boxers in our team: Arthur Hovhannisyan in the 49 kg category, Erik Petrosyan in the 56 kg category, Hrayr Shahverdyan in the 60 kg category, the European champion and bronze medalist of the World Championship Hovhannes Bachkov in the 64 kg category, Koryun Astoyan in the 69 kg category, Arman Darshinian in the 75 kg category, Henrik Sargsyan in the 91 kg category, and Gurgen Hovhannisyan in the super heavyweight category.

Among the women, Armenia will be represented by Anush Grigoryan in the 51 kg category.
