Son Inflicts Severe Injuries on Father in Sari Tagh

On April 28 at 3:20 PM, the police department of Erebuni received a report from a hospital that a 76-year-old man had been admitted with a diagnosis of "polytrauma" by an ambulance team.

On May 5, a criminal case was initiated under part 1 of Article 112 of the RA Criminal Code.

Through measures undertaken by police officers, it was revealed that on April 25, during an argument in one of the houses in Sari Tagh, the elderly man was beaten and injured by his 50-year-old son, who turned himself in to the Erebuni police department on May 21 at 2:00 PM and was arrested.

An investigation is underway.
