Head Injuries Found on Young Man Discovered in River
Head injuries were found on H. M., a young man discovered in the Argichi River in Gegharkunik. According to Sputnik Armenia, the 30-year-old man lived with his mother in the Verin Getashen village, while his father was working in Russia.
Certain rumors circulating in the village suggest that the deceased suffered from a neurological disorder, which is why his mother was constantly by his side.
Yesterday, the mother was briefly absent from the house, and upon her return, she noticed her son was missing. She informed relatives and villagers, who began searching for her son.
After several hours of searching, a relative found the body in the Argichi River.
Initial hypotheses suggest that the young man may have fallen into the turbulent river, possibly drowning or dying from hitting his head against rocks. These details will be confirmed following an autopsy on the body.
