Trolleybus Caught Fire in Charbakh Due to Lightning Strike: Artur Hovhannisyan
This morning, a trolleybus No. 15 caught fire in Charbakh following a lightning strike. This was reported by Artur Hovhannisyan, spokesperson for the Minister of Defense of Armenia, on his Facebook page. He informed that the passengers were evacuated and the fire was extinguished by cadets from the Marshal A. Khanyan Military Aviation University.
He specifically wrote:
“Military personnel have repeatedly proven that they are also rescuers. This morning, a trolleybus No. 15 caught fire in Charbakh due to a lightning strike. Cadets from the Marshal A. Khanyan Military Aviation University managed to evacuate the passengers and extinguish the fire.”
“Just three days ago, the students of V. Sargsyan Medical University and the head of the medical service saved the life of an operator from the ‘Zinuj’ program.”
