Citizens Block Entrances and Exits of Courts

Citizens have blocked the entrances and exits of courts this morning, May 20, following a call from Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

A correspondent from NEWS.am reports that three protesters have gathered in front of the Supreme Judicial Council. The Chairman of the Council, Gagik Harutyunyan, arrived a short while ago but refused to answer questions about his resignation.

It is noted that the protesters have also blocked the entrance to the Constitutional Court.

Recall that yesterday, Nikol Pashinyan made a post on his Facebook page urging everyone to block the entrances and exits of all courts in the republic at 8:30 AM, so that no one could enter. Earlier, he had announced in another post that he would give a live speech at 12:00 PM regarding the established situation in the judiciary and the establishment of people's power in this area.
