VIDEO: A German National Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Vayq Road

On May 17, at 16:16, the "911" service received a call reporting a traffic accident on the M-2 highway at the 16th kilometer section between Vayq and Saravan. The motorcycle driver lost control and overturned, resulting in injuries; assistance from rescuers was needed.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ website, one firefighting and rescue squad has been dispatched to the scene.

It has been determined that near the 152nd kilometer of the M-2 highway, a German citizen (M.K., born in 1944) lost control of a BMW motorcycle and overturned, causing various bodily injuries.

The rescuers assisted M.K. to an ambulance. The driver has been hospitalized at Vayq Medical Center, where doctors assessed his condition as moderate.
