VIDEO: Drivers Fined for Offenses After Blocking Roads, Police Report
On May 13, the officers of the traffic police escort service conducted monitoring in the capital's streets where vehicle congestion occurs early in the morning, causing traffic delays.
During their surveillance, the police identified numerous serious violations. The traffic police officers stopped all offenders and imposed administrative penalties.
