Pedestrian Accident on Arshakunyats Avenue

On May 16, at 17:13, the 911 service received a report that an accident occurred near building 87 on Arshakunyats Avenue in Yerevan, involving a pedestrian requiring assistance.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations announced that a firefighting and rescue team was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that a Mercedes vehicle (the driver's identity has not been confirmed) struck a pedestrian identified as I.M. (born in 1940).

Rescuers assisted the injured individual to an ambulance, and he was later hospitalized at Erebuni Medical Center, where he received appropriate medical care and was subsequently discharged.
