Three People Struck by Car After Altercation Near Arthur Abraham's Home

On May 13, an altercation, brawl, and hit-and-run incident occurred in Yerevan. At approximately 00:50, in front of the home of world-renowned boxer Arthur Abraham, located at 34 Kajaznuni Street, the driver of an unknown make and license plate vehicle struck pedestrians — 20-year-old Arthur Hovakimyan, 26-year-old Telman Hovakimyan, and 23-year-old Avetis Karami in the Saritagh neighborhood of Yerevan. According to photographer Gaik Shamshyan, the driver fled the scene, while Avetis Karami was transported to Heratsi University Hospital No. 1 with bodily injuries, and Arthur and Telman Hovakimyan were taken to Erebuni Medical Center.

As reported by Shamshyan.com, prior to the hit-and-run, an altercation and brawl occurred in front of the home on Kajaznuni Street, after which the Mercedes G-class involved in the fight struck the mentioned individuals and fled the scene.

According to information from G. Shamshyan, officers from the Erebuni Police Division have already identified the suspect, and necessary operational-investigative measures are underway to locate the driver.
