I Don't Remember a Time When Soldiers Didn't Have Underwear: Edmon Marukyan

“I don’t remember a time when soldiers didn’t have underwear. Parents are still sending it; they have always sent it and will continue to send it. I believe the Prime Minister said this in a somewhat metaphorical sense,” said Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the LHK faction, during a press briefing with reporters at Yerablur today, responding to a remark about Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement during his summary press conference yesterday, where he claimed that the need to send soldiers underwear from home has disappeared and that soldiers now have underwear.

According to Marukyan, investments have been made at the border since the April war and continue to this day. As for the failures:

“There is definitely a sincere will to restore the failures, but I am not so convinced that there is the competence to quickly address every failure.”
